Nella nuova edizione sono raccontate <strong>750 realt\u00e0 tra frantoi, aziende agricole e oleifici<\/strong> di cui 120 novit\u00e0 a testimonianza di un settore molto vivace, e recensiti <strong>1.180 oli<\/strong> tra gli oltre <strong>1.500 assaggiati<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il premio <strong>Grande Olio Slow<\/strong> viene riconosciuto all\u2019olio eccellente, capace di emozionare in relazione a cultivar autoctone e territorio di appartenenza, ottenuto con pratiche agronomiche sostenibili. &#8220;<strong>ILABFOOD<\/strong>&#8221; di <strong>Sardegna Ricerche<\/strong>, che ha scelto Oristano come centro di sviluppo del progetto, che una volta avviato, sar\u00e0 un punto di riferimento
